It's a Monday. I've got leftover intoxication from the beautiful beach trip we just had in Zambales. I haven't had my dose of coffee because I forgot to refill my stash of benguet beans in the office. But -- it's been a month of being engaged! Squee! I'm so happy it's unexplainable. I'm also quite proud of ourselves because we haven't killed each other yet (although there were some close calls) and we're getting there with booking our vendors.
Church. Nuestra Senora de Gracia. The first booking we made. On the spot downpayment. Blessing from both sets of parents. Inhumane but beautiful hour of 8am.
Reception. Downpayment made for the Rigodon Ballroom of The Peninsula Manila. We still have to meet with the event manager to finalize the inclusions in the package. Maybe we could upgrade some stuff like the room or food given that there are some items that we won't be taking.
Photographer. Really sad that Jeff & Lisa won't be able to take our wedding. Nelwin Uy is still free and we just need to schedule a meeting with him. Excited to hear what he thinks about our theme.
Videographer. Don't know yet. We're actually toying with the idea of not having a video, just investing really on the photos. Well, we'll burn that bridge when we get there.
Gowns. Schedule set to meet with Niko (yey!). I'm gleaming. I really hope he thinks well for the theme and the kind of gown I want. I really hope and pray. Also need to set a meeting with Cat Corpuz maybe sometime early March for the entourage.
Car. 1960 Jaguar Mark II awwwyeeeah!!!
HMUA. Have a trial scheduled with Jazz Mendiola on Saturday. Going to have to schedule one with Cathy Cantada too. Oooh exciting. I love being made-up :) Wee.
Paperie. Progressing! I'm having the work-in-progress designs costed out by different printers. Waiting to see who can give the most cost efficient package
Okay now I don't know if I'm missing anything important. Anyways, that's all for now. At the moment, we're busy finishing up the rolls of film from the Zambales trip so we can have them batch-developed. Yey for today!
